All the horses in our leasing program are proven western recreational trail horses. Stockton's has been in business for over 20 years boarding horses, leasing and giving riding instruction. Stockton's well-established reputation is founded on safe, responsible horsemanship, and we'd like to pass that on to you.

for parents and adults who are thinking of buying. You'll be able to dertermine if owning a horse is right for you and your family before making the financial and time commitment of ownership.

THE AVERAGE HORSE OWNER RIDES 1-2 TIMES A WEEK,
so why invest in full time ownership? We give you the opportunity to be with your horse twice a week; One weekday, Monday - Friday, and a weekend time. Just come out and ride the trails or ride in our indoor arena.

CHOOSING STOCKTON'S MAKES SENSE
Stockton's is close to town, just minutes from C470 and Santa Fe, and yet you feel as if you are in the middle of the country. Having the only private access to Chatfield State Park on the South East side, Stockton's has miles of beautiful trails right in our own backyard.

LEARN TO RIDE BETTER AND SAFER
by enrolling in our lesson program. Private lessons - $35 per hour (your price), Group lessons $25 per hour (your price).

LEASING RATES:
Rate: $225 per month
Includes: Horse, Tack, and Grooming Equipment
Twice a week riding opportunity. One week day and a weekend time.
One session to meet your horse and have a riding evaluation.

REQUIREMENTS:
Six month lease agreement
One month security deposit
Riding helmet/boots
Adult supervision for children under 16
Release of liability form
